Welcome to the Vessden Archive.

Every piece you purchase from Vessden is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, carefully curated, repaired, or brought back to life through upcycling. Due to the vintage nature of our garments, minor signs of wear are not defects; they are part of the piece's soul and design. Customer satisfaction is essential to us, but to preserve the unique nature of our collection, our cancellation and return processes are strictly subject to the following rules:

1. VESSDEN SECURITY TAG POLICY

Every piece leaving the Vessden archive is sealed with a security tag to guarantee its authenticity, condition, and hygiene.

  • For a return request to be accepted, this tag must strictly remain attached to the item, unbroken, and in its original condition.
  • Items with removed, broken, or damaged security tags will be considered "used," and return requests will be legally rejected.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order before the item is handed over to the shipping carrier. For cancellation requests, please send an email to archive@vessden.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the "Return Policy" will apply.

3. RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

In accordance with Distance Contracts Regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason. For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be fully met:

  • The security tag on the item must be strictly unbroken and attached.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any perfume or cosmetic stains/odors.
  • For the return to be accepted, the item must be sent back in secure packaging, complete with all accompanying brand cards and accessories.
  • Aside from the stated existing condition of vintage/upcycled items, no new buyer-caused damage (tears, rips, stains, etc.) must have occurred.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Because all pieces in the Vessden collection are unique (only one in existence), we do not have alternative sizes or duplicates in stock. Therefore, direct product exchanges cannot be made. If you are not satisfied or the size does not fit, you can follow the "Return Procedure" and place a new order for a different piece from our archive.

5. RETURN PROCESS AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • Initiating a Return: Before sending the item back, you must send an email to archive@vessden.com including your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping Costs and Responsibility: Detailed measurements for every piece are clearly stated on our product pages. Due to this disclosure, in cases of "sizing issues," exercising the right of withdrawal, or a change of mind, the return shipping costs belong to the Buyer (Customer). Return shipping costs will only be covered by Vessden in cases of incorrect or defective items sent by us.
  • Return Address and Shipping: For security and operational reasons, return shipments are only accepted as "Branch Delivery" via our contracted shipping carrier. After submitting your return request via email, you can ship the item using the branch code that will be provided to you.

6. REFUNDS

Once the returned piece reaches our archive, its security tag and condition will be inspected by our experts. If the return is approved, the product amount (excluding the initial shipping cost) will be sent to your bank/PayTR system within 1-3 business days to be refunded to your original credit/bank card. Depending on your bank's processes, it may take a few additional days for this amount to reflect in your account.
