Are the pieces clean? What is your hygiene process?

Yes, absolutely. Our collection is a mix of time-worn vintage finds and rescued market treasures. Since many of our pieces come with a past (and sometimes a bit of dust), deep cleaning is our first step.

We follow a careful ritual: Deeply cleansing with gentle, fabric-friendly cleaners instead of harsh chemicals to refresh the fabrics. For stubborn stains, we apply targeted treatments to honor the integrity of the material.

Every piece is professionally steamed at high heat, arriving at your door sanitized and ready for its next chapter.

Do the pieces have any flaws or signs of wear?

Every piece in our archive has a history. Many of our items carry a sense of having been lived-in, or were handpicked from street markets; they may bear gentle traces of past lives—such as a slight fade or a soft vintage texture. We don't see these as flaws; we see them as character.

We believe in full transparency. Any noticeable wear is always clearly stated in the photos and product descriptions. With our reworked pieces, we often transform imperfections into unique design details or mend them with care.

If you're looking for something entirely new, our Vessden Originals line—sewn from scratch in our studio—offers a flawless feel. No unpleasant surprises—only honest pieces with soul.

How can I be sure the piece will fit me?

Standard size labels can be misleading—especially with vintage eras and reworked silhouettes. Because each piece is one of a kind, we share detailed measurements (in cm) and fabric notes for every item in its description.

We suggest comparing those numbers to a garment you already own and love. If you're still unsure, simply send us a message—we're here to help.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since each piece in our archive is unique (1/1), we cannot offer exchanges. However, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

For a return to be processed, the item must be in its original condition, and the Vessden Security Tag must remain completely intact and undamaged. For full details and hygiene-related exceptions, please visit our Return&Refund Policy page.

When are new collections released? Can I reserve an item?

Our drop dates aren't driven by a rigid calendar—the rhythm of our studio decides. We only share a collection when every piece feels finished—properly curated, repaired, or reimagined. We prefer quality over rushing consumption.

While we don't have a fixed schedule, we always announce upcoming drops 1–2 weeks in advance on our social media accounts and newsletter. Because every piece in the archive is unique (1/1), we cannot hold or reserve items. To give everyone a fair chance, we follow a first-come, first-served approach.

Logistics & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

We're a small independent studio; every order is packed by hand with great care. We typically prepare and hand orders to the courier within 1–3 business days.

After your parcel reaches the courier, domestic delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on your location. As soon as your piece is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number.

Please note we aren't directly responsible for delays caused by the carrier; however, if anything goes wrong, we're always here to help.

What shipping options are available?

We are currently structuring our logistics to ensure your packages reach you as safely and swiftly as possible. Our shipping options and partner carriers will be announced here very soon.

Where is Vessden based?

We're in the heart of Istanbul. Each piece in our archive is carefully selected, cleaned, and reimagined right here in our small home studio.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within Turkiye. We're focused on strengthening our local archive first, but we hope to share Vessden's whispers with the rest of the world in the future.

Do you offer custom sizes or tailoring?

Because every piece in our archive is unique (1/1), we can't offer alternate sizes. To protect the original design and integrity of our reworked items, we generally don't provide tailoring or alterations.
