1. TARAFLAR

ALICI: www.vessden.com adresinden ürün satın alan kullanıcıdır.

2. SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU

İşbu sözleşme, ALICI'nın SATICI'ya ait web sitesi üzerinden siparişini verdiği ürünün satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri uyarınca tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini kapsar.

3. ÜRÜN VE TESLİMAT

Sipariş konusu ürün, SATICI'nın anlaşmalı olduğu kargo firması aracılığıyla, ALICI'nın sipariş formunda belirttiği adrese teslim edilir. Kargo ücreti ve teslimat şartları ödeme sayfasında belirtildiği gibidir.

4. CAYMA HAKKI (İADE)

ALICI, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 (ondört) gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir. İade edilecek ürünün güvenlik etiketi kesinlikle açılmamış, koparılmamış ve ürün kullanılmamış olmalıdır. Güvenlik etiketi hasar görmüş ürünlerin iadesi yasal olarak reddedilecektir.

5. UYUŞMAZLIKLAR

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT AND DELIVERY

The ordered product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via the SELLER's contracted cargo company. Shipping costs and delivery terms are as specified on the checkout page.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. The security tag of the returned product must NOT be opened or broken, and the product must be unused. Returns of products with damaged security tags will be legally rejected.

5. DISPUTES

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
